Bug#938993: clisp crashes under slime when doing tab-completion

Package: clisp
Version: 1:2.49.20180218+really2.49.92-3+b2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

this is on a Raspberry PI 2 installed off https://people.debian.org/~gwolf/raspberrypi/20190628/20190628_raspberry-pi-2_buster_PREVIEW.img.xz

To reproduce:

apt-get -qy install emacs slime clisp

emacs -q -nw
ESC:(require 'slime)RET
ESCxslimeRET
TAB

The mini-buffer shows the message "Lisp connection closed unexpectedly"

The *inferior-lisp* buffer has, apart from the usual warnings, the following
relevant output:

*** - handle_fault error2 ! address = 0x60022 not in [0x48060004,0x4835739c) !
SIGSEGV cannot be cured. Fault address = 0x60022.

Process inferior-lisp segmentation fault

The expected outcome would have been a working REPL, of course. ;-)

In case you are wondering, I've updated slime, cl-swank and clisp to the
versions in testing. But that explodes while trying to load swank. I'll
open a separate bug for that.

BTW, could someone address the warnings in #655273? That would be nice.

Thanks,
