sorry, I probably should have mentioned before (not sure how I could forget that...)
but I think I tried to just remove cflags and I encountered the same failure as the one that is now affecting
Debian and Ubuntu.
Not sure if some obscure arm feature is used in testsuite... Or this is a real bug...
