GNU libsigsegv 2.12 is released

I just uploaded libsigsegv 2.12 to Debian.

Note that the following patch is applied on top of the upstream sources, it is
needed for cross-compiling the arm64 binary:

 https://salsa.debian.org/common-lisp-team/libsigsegv/blob/master/debian/patches/aarch64-stack-direction.patch

Please consider applying it or, if you think it is unsuitable, please let us
know about the right way to fix the issue.
