CMUCL violates the i386 baseline

Hi,

Looking at CMUCL, I see that on i386 it requires SSE2.

But SSE2 is not included in the baseline for our i386 architecture. Technically
this is an RC bug.

Is it possible to not require SSE2 on i386?

Can't the package be built for amd64, where SSE2 is part of the baseline?

See in particular this recent thread on d-devel@:

Best,
