Bug#767811: cl-acl-compat: fails to install: /usr/sbin/register-common-lisp-source: not found

This looks like a left-over of the c-l-c dependency removal? I don't
really know how lisp source packages works in Debian so if anyone on the
list is familiar with this please give a hint.
PS. I took a look at dh_lisp which seems to handle only systems and
