Bug#613484: /usr/bin/ecl missing in 11.1.1-4

  I *think* this is a different bug due to removal of
common-lisp-controler and maintainer scripts not coping with it. A
`aptitude reinstall ecl` should solve it for you. Just to make sure: Did
you have any older ecl installed on that system previously?
