Dedicating Lenny to Thiemo: Call for Signatures

He was the first to respond when I queried this list about moving SBCL
ahead from 0.9.18 where it was stuck in lenny. He continued to pursue
the issue until all blockers were removed; the version that will go
into lenny is 1.0.18 due in large measure to his efforts. I strongly
endorse this dedication, but I am not a registered Debian developer
etc., so I can't sign this statement.
