Hi Peter, I'm not sure why we have the urgent desire to release with stuff that "is quite mature and has been in production use for years, the documentation is currently not good enough to support use by the general public" per the package description, but if we're going to keep it and the maintainers, let's say, are exceptionally busy in November, could you prepare this as an NMU to sponsor?
