CLISP doesn't build-depend anymore on xutils

Hi all!

With commit 9ad14320734f996d9a2d577a978c219cd800ebc4 [1], clisp doesn't
build-depend, not clisp-dev depend, anymore on xutils.

I guess the dependency was there because of xmkmf: on version 2.44.1,
the only reference of xmkmf I could find are in src/configure and
mocules/clx/new-clx/configure.

However, from the tests I performed [2] on a clean update chroot [3], it
seems nothing changes when xutils-dev (so xmkmf) is not there.
Moreover, the resulting binaries (/usr/bin/clisp as well as
/usr/lib/clisp-2.44.1/full/lisp.run) don't show any differences WRT the
shared libraries they depend on.

Given the above, I'd say that this change won't have any effect, also
taking into account that I use the "non-xutils"-compiled CLISP on my sid
with StumpWM, i.e. a CL program which interfaces with X.

I'm here for any comment or suggestion :-D

Thx, bye,
Gismo / Luca

[2] basically, grab the latest clisp sources in Debian (1:2.44-1),
install the build-dependencies, launch src/configure with all the
debian/rules option with xutils-dev installed or not and then
    compare config.status and config.h; morever, I'm on amd64 which
indeed uses the new-clx module ;-)
