Bug#1010991: google-guest-agent: hangs installation on ci.d.n on armhf and s390x

Dear maintainer,
Your package has an autopkgtest, great. However, the installation of
the test dependencies hangs the testbed on ci.debian.net for on at
least armhf and s390x, causing the test to time out after 50
minutes. Because timeout is tmpffail, the test is immediately retried
by the migration software.
On amd64 the test also hangs, but not always. It seems to only hang on
our ci-worker13, which is our most capable amd64 host: 48 cores, 256GB
RAM. Our (one) armhf host is also very powerfull: 160 cores and 255
GB. s390x has only 10 cores and 32 GB.
I'm going to reject_list this package until this bug is fixed.
