python3-google-compute-engine vs. google-guest-agent

Hi,

after google-guest-agent has been accepted into sid, it was reported
that it has a conflicting file with python3-google-compute-engine:

  https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1004071

I did some research yesterday, and as it seems, some of the pckages
built from google-guest-image-packages have been deprecated:

  https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/compute-image-packages

Specifically, google-guest-agent is noted as the replacement for
python3-google-compute-engine.

Shall we simply replicate this deprecation in Debian? Or should we go
all the way with alternatives and whatnot?

My proposal is doing what upstream says, and making
python3-google-compute-engine a transitional package that pulls in
google-guest-agent.

Cheers,
Nik
