The cloud team is now maintaining the python-boto source package. I
think it similar makes sense for the team to maintain python-boto3 as
well. Do people agree that this makes sense?
To be clear, this is also an invitation for the current maintainers
(eevans and gq) to contribute as members of the cloud team, if you're
interested.
