Bug#924113: cloud-initramfs-growroot: Fails to grow mmcblkXpY partitions

Dear Maintainer,
I'm trying to use this package to resize partitions on the Librem5 dev kit, which uses eMMC to store its root partition. Unfortunately, the version in Buster fails:
GROWROOT: FAILED: /dev/mmcblk0p: does not exist
The solution has been submitted upstream with version 0.22ubuntu1, commit b59490d8 [0]. The gist of the commit applies without trouble on top of 0.18.debian6, and indeed works:
GROWROOT: CHANGED: partition=2 start=380928 old: size=6649856 end=7030784 new: size=59387871,end=59768799
It would be great if you could pull this change from upstream into the Debian version.
