I just published updates to the Stretch AMIs in all supported EC2 regions. The new AMIs include the updates from DSA 4078[1] addressing the Meltdown[2] attack. The AMI name is "debian-stretch-hvm-x86_64-gp2-2018-01-06-16218" and it is owned by AWS account ID 379101102735.
