I personally have a mixed feelings about it on one hand I like benefits of
having kernel tuned for virtualised systems but on the other it may cause (as
lots of things in Debian) a bit of flame due to new kernel flavour.
Some time ago we had RT version so maybe it wouldn't be so controversial as I'm
afraid it may be.

Also if we'd go with this we'd need to involve somehow kernel team for simple
reasons like, their expertise in working with kernel and even maybe they would
be willing to add cloud kernel into their kernel building pipeline.
