We do have images form arm64 on cdimages.debian.org. I'd love to do the
same for ppcel64, unfortunately, I don't have such a hardware to test
OpenStack on. I don't think it's reasonable to produce images which we
can't even test once. If you know someone who can provide ppcel64
hardware, or even access to an OpenStack deployment, then I'd love to
build and try the images.
