Some patches to fai-cloud-images

Hey,

I'm about to send a set of 4 patches for fai-cloud-images. One fixes a
bug in the Makefile and other 3 add some features to the Makefile.

My interest comes about because I want to make some suitable database
images for Trove (Database as a Service in OpenStack) to use.
