Fixes: * Root volume resizes correctly (disk is gpt) * /etc/hosts is managed by cloud-init (correct host entry in /etc/hosts) * sources.list remain on http://cloudfornt.debian.net/ for the moment (thanks to Charles for confirming and indicating how to stop this being overwritten to httpredir).
