EC2: Jessie 8.4 AMIs (HVM)

Hello all,

Here's a bunch of images for Debian 8.4 in the main commercial AWS EC2 regions:

I'll work on Beijing in the next few days. Please note it is unlikely that we'll be able to produce these for the US-Gov Cloud as my access to generate in this Region has recently been removed.

These AMIs have also been updated on https://wiki.debian.org/Cloud/AmazonEC2Image/Jessie (but this message sign signed). I'll push this to AWS Marketplace at the end of the week unless there are any issues. Thanks to Marco d'Itri for this heads up on removing bootlogd and sysvinit since the switch to systemd. Commits are up on github: https://github.com/JamesBromberger/bootstrap-vz; I have a bunch of merge with/to Ander's repo pending.
