Bug#747229: cloud-utils requires qemu-img

Hi Juerg,

I tried to apply your patches today, and the 0003 doesn't apply. So I
manually worked out the debian/control by reading your patch. However,
I'm not sure that you really wanted to remove all of these dependencies:

-         gnupg,
-         python,
-         python-paramiko,
-         python-yaml,
-         util-linux (>= 2.17.2),

Can you explain? Do you know why you ended up with a patch that doesn't
apply on top of the 0002 one?

If we get that fixed, I'll upload (even though I'm not convince, you
seem to really want this to happen, so I'm happy to help...).
