Thanks for all your answers, yes, the problem is to run the regression tests in a minimal environment (with sbuild) without needing any special configuration. When the problem with #707125 (rsyslog snippet) will be solved, I will upload 0.7.4 without building it with sbuild, and only attempt to correct the problem if it persists when Upstream releases version 0.7.5.
