I did not know about sudoers.d when I wrote it, otherwise I can assure
you that we wouldn't be talking about this to begin with ;-)
Can still configure /etc/sudoers by template as there may be other directives and comments not relevant for sudoers.d, e.g. https://github.com/opscode-cookbooks/sudo/blob/master/templates/default/sudoers.erb :)
