I have fixed the dependency and build error and committed 
mono-uia, mono-uia-atkbridge, mono-uia-winforms to git.debian.org
eventually. I should thank meebey, it won't happen without him. :)

So I ask here if you have time to kindly review them, then you or
meebey 
help me to upload them to archive. It's highly appreciated!
