/usr/bin/csc vs /usr/bin/gmcs

  I keep going back n' forth with this thing: should I use csc or gmcs
? I have been exchanging emails with you guys, and every time I get
the same answer: use csc. However this does not work on ia64 and
powerpc:

  There does not seems to be a csc on those arch, so I'll have to
revert to gmcs. Please update the debian-cli policy and explain that
csc does not work on those.
