Bug#1041646: cinnamon: depends on typelib from unmaintained caribou

Cinnamon upstream in the master branch have stopped using caribou,
starting with this commit:

But clutter is still used:

In fact, cinnamon uses clutter heavily but it was not a directly
declared dependency!! So I'll file  separate bugs for that.

Also, cinnamon-screensaver is still using caribou:
https://github.com/linuxmint/cinnamon-screensaver/blob/master/src/osk.py
