Dear Maintainer,

Updating cinnamon-l10n from 5.2.2-1 to 5.4.2-2 removes the packages: cinnamon, cinnamon-core, cinnamon-common. I don't know if this is intended but upon restarting cinnamon fails to load at log-in with error: "failed to load session "cinnamon"".
Switching to another tty and entering the command: "exec cinnamon-session --debug" gives error: "(cinnamon-session:2300) Warning: cannot open display".

the reverse deps breaks are intentional for avoid partial upgrade (that cause big amount of unexpected issues), when not all components packages are migrated users must wait cinnamon packages upgrade.

I thinked also make wait the reverse deps to be ready for migrate all in the same day but seems that the wait work only with deps, as cinnamon-l10n is only in recommends is an exception.

Make as dep is not good because make it uninstallable with both cinnamon and nemo for users that don't need and don't want it.

Remove the reverse-deps breaks will make it install without migrate of other components and will broke the translations (and probably cause also other issues), is also not good.

The breaks should be the better way FWIK so the users can know and avoid upgrade, years ago before add of the reverse-deps breaks there was many users that partially upgraded cinnamon and reported important or critical issues only related to partial upgrade.

Therefore it will be necessary to think carefully about if and what to change
