Some are included in cinnamon (and for example 2 was updated recently (https://github.com/linuxmint/cinnamon/commit/fc09a50236ea4e4aca0ae91f35551ac4e6b49fe7) other was added in debian packages years ago (https://salsa.debian.org/cinnamon-team/cinnamon/-/tree/experimental/debian/thumbnails)
I did a fast try to generate one missed following https://github.com/linuxmint/cinnamon/blob/master/files/usr/share/cinnamon/thumbnails/gtk-3.0/README but seems that cinnamon-preview-gtk-theme not generated the image of the correct theme, I not understand why and I not had time to check better
about cinnamon 5.4 even if there are other bugs probably can be enough to migrate to unstable, I don't have enough time for many tests, if you can do other tests and you don't find other important issue probably this weekend I'll migrate to unstable the 9 components now in experimental. Can you also check that I don't missed something of important? 4 eyes (or more) are always better than 2^^
about other nemo extensions Bage confirmed that full repack is needed, done with n-fileroller and n-python, if you want do the same with other extensions you are preparing
