I did some clean install test with sid and ubuntu.
Now installing cinnamon and cinnamon-core (only with apt install and not tasksel) including recommends have minimal cinnamon working in Sid but not in ubuntu, without recommends is not working also in Sid.
I did a changes in cinnamon-core moving DM in deps and adding
xorg and make it working also without recommends, I added some
other recommends trying to have more functional (without using
tasksel), but I not know if is good add other things.

Continuing to do other clean installation tests takes a long time, can you give some advices on further improvements to have it working well in both debian and ubuntu please? (but only the essentials things as deps. and in recommends who wants a more functional desktop)
In a test I also tried sddm instead lighdm (about the language setting) with 2 languages installed eng and ita (ita default) I see only layout select with only "us" (without user selected) and with user selected "it", don't seems working correctly (and not a solution for setting language). Settings from DE or another app is needed, taken another look to ubuntu language-selector but language packages seems different from debian and I have too low python esperience to adapt it fast (I did only few fixes with it time ago)
