Bug#977890: libcinnamon-menu-3-0: Upgrade 4.6.1-1->4.8.2-2 causes segfault when launching any application

Upgraded libcinnamon-menu-3-0 and gir1.2-cmenu-3.0 4.6.1-1->4.8.2-2 and
cinnamon-l10n from 4.6.2-1->4.8.2-2

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Launching any application from menus, panel or link leds to segfault, this doesn't happen if the application is explicitly launched from the cinnamon quick launch prompt (alt+f2)

   * What was the outcome of this action?

Cinnamon crash and prompt to restart in safe mode

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

Normal application Launch
