Hi!

Today I tried to retry a CI test for qemu, hitting
https://ci.debian.net/user/:user/retry/67009465 .
And got this message:

  This request has been flag as possibly being from a botnet,
  and was blocked. Please contact debian-ci@lists.debian.org if
  you think this is mistake and we will work together to fix it.

After that, I'm blocked on ci.debian.net.

The fun thing is that I'm able to reproduce the problem,
by hitting the same "retry" button when connecting from a
different network.  So the problem is probably real, not
something random.

I'm connecting from a debian trixie system, using mozilla firefox
browser.  So it looks like something's not right :)

Can we please work together to find out what's going on?
