Could someone please ignore rust-ognibuild failures for openssl?

Hi,

The rust-ognibuild failures for openssl are mostly "Failed (not a regression)"
except for ppc64el and s390. Here they fail, too but as "Regression or new
test".
The "migration-reference/0" gets a "neutral" while openssl gets "fail".
Looking at the logs it fails for other reasons:

I don't see any other failure.
I retriggered both a few times but it comes back with the same result…

Freeradius just migrated, it would be nice if openssl could follow.
