Indeed.
I've now uploaded 2.9.0-13~exp1 to run tests with OMP_NUM_THREADS=1 OMP_NUM_THREADS was one of the issues upstream suggested we consider.
I've scheduled two runs on both arm64 and amd64. If they are successful, I'll schedule some more tonight (CEST).
