Help needed understanding debci failures preventing testing migration

Hi,

This package is currently blocked out of testing because it introduces a regression, or so the testing migration infrastructure says:

  https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/findlib

Looking into more details, some autopkgtests fail, for example coq on arm64 but not on amd64. Both architecture are very similar, I don't understand why they would fail on one, but not on the other... but anyway, looking at the test log:

  https://ci.debian.net/packages/c/coq/testing/arm64/57927375/

one can see it cannot install test dependencies using only testing + the new findlib package from unstable, which is normal (binNMUs have been done in unstable to fix that), and then tries to take all dependencies from unstable, which should work. I don't understand why it doesn't.

Maybe someone with more knowledge on debci can enlighten me?

Cheers,
