See [1] & [2]. In pre -3 the test suite failed on all arches. This was a bug in the configure script, which was solved in -3. In -3 the test suite failed only on riscv64. I've asked upstream what this test does and got the answer that it runs an DNS test, which tries to solve a non-existing address, which is expected to fail. I'm wondering, why this DNS resolving works (only) on riscv64.

In 4 I've disabled the test to make sure proftpd migrates to testing.
