Your last option is in practice equivalent to Nodejs not having any
autopkgtest at all, disabling one or few tests would be preferable
to that since regressions in the other > 3000 tests would still be
detected. E.g. different tests in Nodejs fail with c-ares/unstable,[1]
and this will no longer be visible if the autopkgtest always fails.
