Bo, are you able to create a bullseye lxc container on the same host,
and ping something like 128.31.0.62 from it?

There is no riscv64 bullseye ;-)

I have seen this issue before but I don't remember the fix. I can take a
look soon (worst case during the weekend).
During install autopkgtest package and to create lxc-debian, the relevant scripts
does not support riscv64. Is it good send patch to support it or can do in some ways
to improve it?
