Not in my case. In my case it explicitly tells me:
> Services are available in the following countries/regions.
And only a short list shows up.
A list with all countries only show up if I try to register an account
for the mobile cloud stuff, aka storage and such for their telephone
part.
However. Huawei Cloud is on the US sanctions list. And trying to
actually create an account explicitly states that Europe and Russia are
not allowed. So it seems that all three trusted organizations are out
of luck in holding contracts with Huawei Cloud.
