autopkgtest issues with cargo on amd64 and ppc64el,
The cargo package recently added an autopkgtest where it tries to build itself.
The autopkgtest passes on amd64, i386 and armhf and the test time doesn't
seem unreasonable (though it seems much higher on i386 than on amd64 or armhf).
However on arm64 and ppc64el the autopkgtest is suffering from repeated
"tmpfail"s. looking at the logs they appear to just be arbitarilly cut off in
the middle of testing. The quoted test time doesn't seem unreasonablly high
so it seems unlikely to be a timeout (though I don't know how timeouts are set
on the debian ci infrastructure)
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to find out what is going on? and
how to move forward from here?
