Bug#1004873: python-django-netfields: autopkgtest regression: runuser: not found

Source: python-django-netfields
Version: 1.2.4-2
X-Debbugs-CC: debian-ci@lists.debian.org
Severity: serious
User: debian-ci@lists.debian.org
Usertags: regression

Dear maintainer(s),

With a recent upload of python-django-netfields the autopkgtest of python-django-netfields fails in testing when that autopkgtest is run with the binary packages of python-django-netfields from unstable. It passes when run with only packages from testing. In tabular form:

                        pass fail
python-django-netfields from testing 1.2.4-2
all others from testing from testing

I copied some of the output at the bottom of this report. runuser is located in /sbin so only accessible directly or as root. Are you missing a needs-root restriction?

Currently this regression is blocking the migration to testing [1]. Can you please investigate the situation and fix it?
