Can you please share your concerns and help me with providing a more
useful advice? I'm giving this advice because regularly without such a
breaks neither package will migrate without intervention from the
release team. However, I've learned since I wrote the template for my
bug reports that several people don't like Breaks. I that because it
makes upgrade paths more difficult? Do we need to invent something else,
e.g. Breaks-testsuite?
