Hi Maintainer

The autopkgtests of libkainjow-mustache fail on armhf[1] and
ppc64el[2] due to output on stderr.  As these are simply notes output
by GCC, this can be solved by allowing such output as follows:

+++ b/debian/tests/control
@@ -1,2 +1,3 @@
 Test-Command: make
 Depends: build-essential, catch
+Restrictions: allow-stderr
