Bug#995353: ruby-protocol-http: autopkgtest regression on armhf and i386 (both 32 bits)

Source: ruby-protocol-http
Version: 0.22.5-1

Severity: serious

Dear maintainer(s),

With a recent upload of ruby-protocol-http the autopkgtest of
ruby-protocol-http fails in testing when that autopkgtest is run with
the binary packages of ruby-protocol-http from unstable. It passes when
run with only packages from testing. I noticed that in testing, the test
is actually skipped, so your current test is sort of new. In tabular form:

                       pass fail
ruby-protocol-http from testing 0.22.5-1
all others from testing from testing

I copied some of the output at the bottom of this report. I notice that
the test that fails on armhf is about memory. The test *may* be fooled
by the shear amount of memory available on this system: 250 GB. However,
i386 also fails, so I suspect an issue with 32 bits in the test or binary.

Currently this regression is blocking the migration to testing [1]. Can
you please investigate the situation and fix it?
