First google result for "autopkgtest" is an outdated people.d.o page

Hello team,

If you search on google for autopkgtest [0], the first result you get
is from mpitt's people.d.o page [1] with an outdated version of the
autopkgtest README[2], this is an issue because there's no mention or
link to the correct updated version of that document, and it seems
like this issue has even impacted other docs, as they are pointing to
the wrong outdated document [3].

I'm cc'ing Martin and the Team's list here, just to make sure the
issue gets logged.

Maybe it would be a good idea to remove all the contents of Martin's
page [3] and use it to point to the correct place?
