Bug#982169: biomaj3-process: autopkgtest failure: No module named 'biomaj3_process'

Source: biomaj3-process
Version: 3.0.16-1
X-Debbugs-CC: debian-ci@lists.debian.org
Severity: serious
User: debian-ci@lists.debian.org
Usertags: fails-always

Dear maintainer(s),

You recently added an autopkgtest to your package biomaj3-process,
great. However, it fails. Currently this failure is blocking the
migration to testing [1]. Can you please investigate the situation and
fix it?

I copied some of the output at the bottom of this report. It seems that
autodep8 doesn't work out of the box for you. It has the possibility to
specify your module name, see $(man autodep8).

More information about this bug and the reason for filing it can be found on
