Fail to understand art-nextgen-simulation-tools test results

Hi,

when looking at

   https://ci.debian.net/packages/a/art-nextgen-simulation-tools/

I see the current version 20160605+dfsg-4 succeeding in testing for
arm64 but the *previous* version 20160605+dfsg-3 remains failing for
arm64 and ppc64el.  Is there any reason why 20160605+dfsg-4 is only
tested in testing and not in unstable?

I can not see what to do here from a maintainers point of view.

I wonder how I can easily spot this kind of situations from the ci
data in UDD since would like to exclude this kind of issues from
the QA page I'm writing for Blends.
