Bug#953224: golang-github-xanzy-go-gitlab: autopkgtest failure: certificate signed by unknown authority

Source: golang-github-xanzy-go-gitlab
Version: 0.22.2-1

Severity: serious

Usertags: regression

Dear maintainers,

Your new package has an autopkgtest, great. However, it fails on both
amd64 and arm64. I copied some of the output at the bottom of this report.

Currently this regression is blocking the migration to testing [1]. Can
you please investigate the situation and fix it? (Reminder: don't forget
to do a source-only upload as your package now passed the NEW queue).

More information about this bug and the reason for filing it can be found on
https://wiki.debian.org/ContinuousIntegration/RegressionEmailInformation
