Source: mawk Version: 1.3.3-19 X-Debbugs-CC: debian-ci@lists.debian.org Severity: serious User: debian-ci@lists.debian.org Usertags: regression Dear maintainers, With a recent upload of mawk the autopkgtest of mawk fails in testing when that autopkgtest is run with the binary packages of mawk from unstable. It passes when run with only packages from testing. In tabular form: pass fail mawk from testing 1.3.3-19 all others from testing from testing I copied some of the output at the bottom of this report. The test doesn't fail by itself, but apparently there is a new warning that is printed to stderr that makes the autopkgtest fail. Either suppress that warning, or add the allow-stderr restriction to the autopkgtest definition. Currently this regression is blocking the migration to testing [1]. Can you please investigate the situation and fix it?
