I would hate it when a passing test turns bad because of changes on the internet.... At least make sure that the test fails gracefully (i.e. with the skippable restriction and proper error handling) in case your resources are (temporarily) not available. Would it make sense to ship your test vectors and other required code in a separate test package. Paul
