ppc64el platform setup for debci

Hello,

After reporting some bugs shown by debci reports, I realized that the 
team needs to have access to logs and a system needs to be available for 
that.

Currently I am trying to have at least a VM available at OSU.

Of course people are a bit reluctant for that explaining we could use 
Jenkins CI (can we ? ) ... so my question is what do you need apart from 
a debian buster system installed with debci on which you would have access ?
