Bug#907653: libapache2-mod-fcgid: autopkgtest regression: wget failed

Source: libapache2-mod-fcgid
Version: 1:2.3.9-3
X-Debbugs-CC: debian-ci@lists.debian.org
User: debian-ci@lists.debian.org
Usertags: regression

Dear maintainers,

With the upload of 1:2.3.9-3 the autopkgtest of your package started to
fail in unstable and testing. I copied the output below.

Currently this regression is contributing to the delay of the migration
to testing [1]. Could you please investigate the situation and fix it?

It seems that you changed the code that now fails in your last upload. I
think (but haven't tested) that you should check if apache2 is running
and if so, restart it instead of start. If one has just installed
apache2, as our infrastructure is doing, apache2 is automatically started.

By the way, you should add the "isolation-container" restriction to your
test definition, see:
https://salsa.debian.org/ci-team/autopkgtest/raw/master/doc/README.package-tests.rst

More information about this bug and the reason for filing it can be found on
